The permanent magnet generator is under free warranty for 3 years, with lifetime technical support and supply of parts at cost. (1) The warranty period starts from the shipping date shown on the shipping order or air waybill. (2) During the warranty period, the costs involved in free maintenance services shall be borne by the company, and no fees will be charged to the customer. If there is any damage outside the warranty period and it is under free warranty, the company will charge for labor and material costs. (3) Warranty period: The shipping cost for maintenance caused by the company's quality problems shall be borne by the company. If it is out of the warranty period or is damaged by human factors, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
