An axial flux ironless core generator is designed with an axial flux and an ironless core structure, making it different from conventional generators. The generator efficiently generates energy by using the axial magnetic flux and avoiding losses that can happen in the iron core and hysteresis of typical generators.
The axial flux ironless core generator mainly consists of permanent magnets, coils, and casing. The permanent magnets create the magnetic field while the coils capture the energy from the magnetic field and convert it into electrical power. The casing provides a protective covering for the internal components and reinforces the overall structure of the generator.
Essentially, the principle of operation of axial flux coreless generators is based on electromagnetic induction. The conductor in the coil generates an electromotive force when the magnetic field of the permanent magnet moves in relation to it. The energized conductor can then transform the electromotive force into electrical energy, providing power for external devices.
