Product Overview

The fundamental concept behind a permanent magnet generator lies in the use of permanent magnet materials embedded within the rotor. These magnets create a steady magnetic field that remains constant during operation.

When an external mechanical power source—such as a wind turbine, water turbine, or engine—causes the rotor to spin, the magnetic field generated by the rotor rotates along with it. This rotating magnetic field interacts with the stationary coils wrapped around the stator.

As the magnetic field passes through the stator windings, it induces an electromotive force (EMF) within them, based on the laws of electromagnetic induction. When the stator coils are connected to an external load or circuit, this EMF drives an electric current, thereby producing usable electrical energy.
