Coreless Permanent Magnet Generator with Low Start Torque High Efficiency (>92%) and Maintenance-Free Design for Wind Power

The GREEF NEW ENERGY GDG Series Disc Type Permanent Magnet Generator features a unique iron-core-free design with spindle and rotor arranged in a stacked disc configuration. The stator remains fixed at the center while the rotor rotates on both sides, containing only windings without an iron core.

Both stator and rotor employ a flat disc structure with axial air gap magnetic flux, positioned alternately along the axial direction. This design enables a multipole structure with short axial length and large diameter, significantly boosting the power-to-weight ratio.

Available in outer rotor and inner rotor configurations: outer rotor design features stationary shaft with rotating casing and center cable routing, while inner rotor design has fixed casing with rotating shaft and external cable routing.
